First interview was over the phone just some general background questions, interviewer liked my resume brought me in the following week. During the first interview, I got a feel for the company culture which got me excited, they renovated an old movie theatre as their office so quintessential startup experience. However their lack of preparation was what you'd expect from a young company. They were interested in me as a Customer Success Specialist but also a QA Engineer. This threw me off as they bounced between customer success/QA questions. Made it to the second round interview which was very casual, felt confident in my interviewing skills, they tell me it's between one other guy and me, which is very unfair considering that I applied for one position and had to interview for two, whereas the other guy could focus solely on Customer Success. They told me I'd hear back from them soon, which I never did. I emailed to follow up and they never responded to me. Extremely rude as I shifted my schedule and made the commute twice just so they could not even have the decency to respond to me. I was very disappointed considering I liked the people who interviewed me, and I liked the company's services.
