Long process that ended in being ghosted at the final round. Communication with the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner was very complicated.
Initial interview in early April. Two weeks of silence after, no update on whether the role was even still open, until I followed up myself and was then invited to a technical round. I asked what that round would involve and didn't get an answer for two weeks, across two follow-ups. The information I eventually got about the format turned out to be wrong, though I passed anyway — and credit where it's due, the technical interviewers were professional and the conversation was good.
The final round was described to me as a chance to learn about the team, a two-way exchange. In practice it was one-directional: questions at me, one-sentence answers to anything I asked back.
After a final round, the minimum is a yes or no but I got neither. I followed up twice for closure and never heard back. Looking at other recent reviews here, that seems to be the pattern rather than the exception.
