sent resume. was called by HR. we talked for 20 minutes. a week later was called by Supervisor.
she went through procedures and gave me test. lasted 40 minutes. called me week later and offered job to me.

mostly situation questions. like if this happened what would you do. or how do you react when someone gets angry at you. Or when you cannot do what customers want you to do.

initial with HR, several behavior questions about the resume. Then phone interview with the hiring manager, explaining what kind of business they're doing an asking how to extract data in SQL, how to join, and programming in SQL, print number 1 to 100, for multiple of 3, print hello3, for multiple of 5, print 5, for multiples of 3 an 5 print hello 35, communicate with the hiring manager of this one via email, not very positive response...
