Interview
Panel Interview with HR and Senior Engineers. Typical behavioral and technical questions. Expect to meet with the HR Director, Rotational Engineering Chairman, Principal Engineer and 2 Senior Engineers. Everyone on the panel will contribute to the asking of questions during the interview process. Interview will last typically around 45 minutes to one hour. Request business cards for thank you notes afterwards.

Interview
Met through career fair, was invited to the Tempe location to interview with recruiting and several engineers. They were warm and seemed interested in getting to know you, rather than just trying to "intimidate" you, which I have found in lots of other engineering interviews.
