SRO Housing interview questions

I had a phone interview with the HR manager and then got invited for a face to face with the CEO, Director of property management and the HR manager. The interview was very laid back and went very well. However, the pay was extremely too low for the scope of work required and the work load that the role entails. 75k/year for and experienced property management professional with a college degree is just to low to afford a comfortable living in Los Angeles. I got an offer two weeks later but had to decline due to the fact. I would say the staff and team seemed great to work with.
