SPYTL interview questions

Having good interview session with HOD of M&E Design Department at Universiti Sains Malaysia. In the interview session, the interviewer was asking few questions and we need to answered it clearly, honestly and confidently.

Basically, there was no interview which lead to believe that they just chose whoever is available or applied and put them in the project due to lack of manpower. When I applied online for the position, I got a call after around 2 to 3 weeks and the person in-charge just told that they would like to have me join the company which even asking for details. No doubt they are a big company, but I feel that if it just took a short resume to apply for a job, without even taking a look at who you employ first in person is very irresponsible for the company.
