Initial call with the Executive Director to talk through my current experience and the role.
After a positive conversation he confirmed he wanted to bring me in to meet with some of the team, and subsequently sent through an email with some times.
This is when the positive experience came to an end, as from this point onwards I was completely ghosted with no feedback or reasoning why, despite numerous attempts to get in contact.
Amazes me how some companies still think it's ok to do this in this day and age.
Lengthy process - very thorough and people were friendly. Really liked one stage where they got me to interview them. People were friendly but I'm not convinced that they knew what they wanted from the outset
