SMX IP Flow/Network Flow Intelligence Analyst interview questions

Was cold called, after a brief explanation of the position, I expressed an interest and accepted an invitation for a phone interview. Each phone interview was very awkward, it seemed like nobody knew what the real job description was, or what they were actually looking for in a candidate. The Project Manager and the Military customer had completely different expectations on the scope of the job. I was led through three, hour long phone interviews over the course of three weeks. During which it seemed like I interviewed for three completely different jobs! After the final interview, I was told that they were extremely impressed and that they would get back to me with information on next steps. It's been a month now and nothing. Complete waste of time. This company has zero technical expertise that is required to interview and properly vet candidates on technical positions.
