Well my interview process consisted of 3 phone interviews and a 2 day interview in Tulsa OK. They gave us a homework assignment prior to the 2 day interview which is important as they ask questions. Participate as much as you can and don't be afraid of approaching they hiring managers and ask them questions as that shows interest which is what they're looking for. I know it's usually said but I must reiterate 'be yourself' and have fun be a team player and most importantly be on time.
