Interview
During an onsite interview, I met with 4 individuals, ranging from process engineer to the director of engineering. Most of my time onsite was spent being shown around the offices and plant, being asked some simple, more personal questions in between. They seemed to be looking more for questions being asked about what was being shown rather than technical knowledge.

The interview is waste of time. They do not review the resume before contacting the candidate. I applied online and was contacted for initial interview. The next step was the interview with the hiring manager.
