The interview process was structured and efficient. It began with an initial HR screening over the phone, followed by a technical assessment. After that, I had a panel interview with team leads. Communication was clear throughout.

They asked, “Can you describe a time you had to handle a difficult situation at work and how you resolved it?”
Phone interview with manager and lead which lasted about 30 minutes. Included behavioral style questions, tell us about yourself and your experience, and situational questions as well. Had a chance to ask questions at the end of the interview.

Interview
They take way to long to interview you. And they want to do 2 and 3 interviews. They try and pull you in with lies about how they run their company and how they treat their employees. They tell you one thing about how your job is and that all you will do. After they hire you they start making you do stuff they specifically said you wouldn’t have to do. Lie about the hours you will work and always making you clock in for meeting at ridiculous times of night. They fire you over if you ask me nothing that I should be fired for “suck as … I don’t like your hair today”
