Interview
We are having a mass interview with most managers from the mg2 cluster. However, it started with hr interview with the usual questions. The managers comducted the technical interviews to ensure that the candidates have knowledge in the accounting concepts to be applied in auditing
Application & Screening – Candidate submits resume; HR reviews qualifications.
Initial Interview – Often with HR, focusing on background, skills, and fit.
Skills/Technical Assessment – Tests or case studies to measure job-related abilities.
Panel/Manager Interview – Deeper discussion with hiring manager or team about experience, problem-solving, and role alignment.

My application process was done online. Both the Human Resource and Hiring Manager sent a link for the meeting. The first step was Human Resource interview, 2nd was the Hiring Manager's interview, and the last was the job offer discussion.

I was referred by a friend who worked with SGV. The HR is so friendly. It was smooth process. After HR, manager is the next interviewer. The manager interview asked technical and situational questions.
