The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SGS (Oklahoma City, OK) in Feb 2025
Interview
The interview process was professional. There was an over the phone interview with the recruiter and than I interviewed with the hiring manager. I did not end up receiving the offer, but it was very good experience and has helped me refine my interview skills.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What is your type of work style? (i.e. do you work hard during your shift just in the morning/afternoon or are you someone who pushes through the whole day?)
pretty straight forward and chill guy it was a screening interview, where he ask about my previous experience in lab setting also told me about the expection that they are looking for in a candidate. Honestly, speaking it was one of the easiest interview i have ever given to a firm.
Screened by their HR first, had a video call interview, once you pass that screening then interview with lab manager and lab tour. Then they give you an offer. May includes the background checks that takes 2weeks to a month.
