I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at SGS
Interview
Very long process with multiple interviews and assessments. Good process up until the point I wasn't contacted at all following the final interview. I even emailed the recruiter Rob Romans to enquire as I hadn't even been told I was unsuccessful after 4 interviews and 2 assessments and he didn't reply. Awful impression from them after a lot of time and effort on my part.

Interview
DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. One of the oddest companies I’ve ever interviewed with.
Very random scattered process with people all over the world. Some where English isn’t their first language. Took weeks to schedule interviews bc of time differences.
Finally got to the third round with the hiring manager and she didn’t seem up to her level. Couldn’t answer simple questions about the job. Didn’t want to be more direct and come off rude but she seemed really inexperienced - confused as to how she was in her position.
Was told « there will be a few more rounds with VPs but they are all over the world so it might be difficult » FYI the managers reach out to you to schedule directly, not HR.
Never heard back and wasted my time doing an assignment for the hiring manager prior to the interview.
Don’t waste your time. It’s a mess.
