SG Analytics Advanced Python Developer interview questions

I applied through LinkedIn. HR contacted me and scheduled interview within week after application. Total 3 rounds. 2 Technical 1 HR Technical 1 : Good experience , questions based on advance Python concepts and framework. Knowledge of python libraries and programing concepts checked. Most of questions based on List tuple dictionary and data structure. Apart from this few questions on other technologies mentioned in resume Technical 2 : Its more like technical discussion and approach to reach solution to given problem. Got opportunity to interact with one of the leader. Two side interactive discussion about project done in current company, technical discussion and get to know more about SG. Positive experience and got know more about company. Even though best performance in both technical round I got rejected in HR round HR Round: I don't know what went wrong but never expected even after having strong communication skills and confidence along with proper justification to all questions HR rejected. If candidate is serving notice period then most probably he will be with offer so if you don't want to consider candidate with offer you should change your hiring process. Advise to Management: 1. Please provide proper feedback instead of genetic template so that candidate will know his weak areas and work on it. (If candidate is investing his min 5 hrs to prepare and go through process you can manage 5 min to provide valuable feedback) 2. If you don't have budget please don't call candidates for interviews to waste their time and efforts to prepare and appear for interview. ( Specially when candidate already mentioned expected CTC and current offer's with you )
