Interview
Two rounds of interview.
First one involves a quick chat with the hiring manager (I suppose to test English fluency) then a written test about grammar, spelling, ability to spot mistakes, and a writing portion.
Second round involves a more detailed interview with manager. Others performed better than me on the skills test so didn't get to this round.
Overall though, thought the manager was highly professional and seemed really great to deal with. She talked about what the position entailed and was accommodating throughout the whole thing. Seems like the place is a good working environment (predominantly Francophone but all were super friendly).
