Some ten days after applying, I received an e-mail by one of their Investment Managers that announced their wish to interview me. It took an additional two weeks to finally have the interview with a Managing Partner.
The interview was quite easy-going. The Managing Partner had already had a look at the examples of my previous work as a market analyst and showed genuine interest. My profile seemed to match their needs.
However, the next interview would have taken place in person in Amsterdam (after another two weeks) and they refused to provide me with any information on the potential salary.
The fact, that the process was slow, combined with the travel (on a workday) to Amsterdam and the uncertainty about the potential salary made me reject this opportunity. I had already found another job by the time they reminded me to confirm my travel details.
