Work related conflicts are very common in hospitals due to complexity of the care provided for patients and the high number of health care team, what can you do as a manager/CN to prevent conflicts between health care providers?
it was an average interview. direct to the point questions. straight forward answers. the interview will last for 15-20 mins. it was an online interview. with 3 panels, 2 interviewers and 1 mediator.
