Received an email from HR asking for time frames to have a phone interview. I provided a few and HR never responded. I even followed up once and still no response. Very unprofessional.

1 phone call, 2 skype interviews (I was not in Pittsburgh at the time of interview). I worked with one recruiter who was very helpful and professional. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and a current consultant.
