After an hour and a half interview that went well and ended up interviewing for the position of General Office Manager, I was asked to fill a background check and drug screening. Then I was ghosted and have never heard back from them. This was very disappointing. I emailed my contact their several times. Informed I was available for the follow up interview with her boss, but never heard anything. After a month of no response, I sent a final email, thanking them for the opportunity to interview, but that it was clear they had moved on. Still no response. I find this very unprofessional. A simple "Thank you for your time, but we have moved onto other candidates" email would have been alright, but to have NOTHING is disheartening.
