Met with Manager, discussed experience and interests. Discussed each floors and expectations of each area of Hospital, burn unit, Pediatrics, transplant. Managers asked experience in each area of the hospital comfort level and number of patients and expectations of job requirement. Explained training process and pay. Manager wanted to know expectations and employment history.
