I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAS (Union City, CA) in Feb 2024
Interview
I got an email from SAS for the interview process. It was in a link and it leads to an online interview page. Genuinely it was nice but how I wish it was a real interview as the virtual interview is not really great. It did give us an option to record our interview again.

Question 1
Why do you think you are capable of working for SAS? What are you expecting from SAS.
Fairly easy. We discussed projects and hackathons on my resume, as well as my basic technical knowledge based on the languages I listed I knew. I was interviewed directly by the hiring manager and two other supporting interviewers.
I applied through university. I interviewed at SAS (Pune) in Apr 2025
Interview
They asked me to explain about my projects, and basic questions on OOPs and JAVA. In Java, they expected me to code a few questions like the rotation of an array, which I wasn't able to do at that time. Then they gave me a sheet and expected me to tell the output of the code. Also, basic questions like two-sum array (leetcode) and implementing overriding in Java.
