The process was very slow. It started with recording video responses to nine questions, including salary expectations. After that, there was a phone interview with the hiring manager. After that round, I was told candidates would participate in a panel interview. After my interview, the recruiting coordinator told me I would hear about next steps in a week. After following up twice, I never heard anything from them until I was rejected more than 30 days later. It felt disrespectful to me as a candidate to not hear anything for a month, even after following up.
