I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at SAP Ariba (Bengaluru) in Oct 2015
Interview
Started with a written exam which is not required for 10+ years of experience. After that 2 technical rounds and then asked to leave with out any proper information. I think they should clearly inform to the interviewing staff for which role they are selecting . They should also ask the resource to verify for the intrest before coming to the location. It will save both time.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Ariba (Plano, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
Two-stage process: a short 15-minute intro call to cover logistics, then a technical panel a week or two later with 5 engineers. It is tough. They drill you on AI/ML/LLM basics and anomaly detection specifically, so focus your prep there rather than walking through your resume. They are not interested in who you are on paper; they want to know if you can perform.
It was good. They stressed on algorithms and current project. Few questions were on system design. Had total 4 rounds. Interviewers were also good. Three were technical rounds and one was system design.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at SAP Ariba (North Atlanta, GA)
Interview
First, I applied online for an initial recruiter call with my background check with my interests and the hiring manager with a take-home assessment, it was not a difficult task, and then got an internship position the next day I accepted it.
