Interview
Two hours before the interview they sent me an email asking for id and a full body photo of me, in the interview they specified I have to be wearing a skirt and a short sleeved blouse.
The interview itself was very easy, if you can even call it an interview. It took around 10 minutes, they asked me why I want to be a cabin crew member and which base I want to be working at. The interviewer was very nice. They told it would take 1-15 days to get back to me. It has now been a month and they never got back to me.
To me the whole process feels unprofessional: asking for a body photo only two hours (the job listing didn't ask for it, I checked multiple times) before the interview, then the interview being super brief and finally them never getting back to me about the job.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
