Pretty easy in 2018 when I got in, I don't know if the process got harder. Lot of time to network as well as get information it you do this halfway without knowing anything about aviation.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
