Very brief interview with a lovely interviewer. Only took about ten minutes on zoom. She did not put pressure on you and was very easy going. Questions concerned past experience and your willingness to accept the logistics of being cabin crew, i.e. moving to a new base.

Os candidatos são chamados para um Recruitment Day onde é apresentada a empresa, algumas condições e alguns requisitos. De seguida os candidatos são divididos em grupos para serem testados em dinâmica grupal, caso ultrapassem esta fase, é feita uma entrevista individual. O feedback é depois transmitido via email.
