Database subscription, documentation and licenses request, invitation to London Stansted simulator center in about 15 days. At the assesment: group briefing, interview and simulation of a flight (following the briefing previosly sent). Basic flight procedures (one engine out for candidates wit a 737 mcc)

Set of tests that you can do online and there are chat groups to help, followed by interviews and a simulator with a partner based on simulator hours of each

Interview
Everyone was very friendly. Since we were a group of eight, it took a bit longer than what I expected.
Presentation and paperwork took approximately 2 hours. HR and Tech interviews were 40 minutes for each candidate. The simulation lasted 1 hour and 30 minutes.

What was the last plane you flew, and how do you handle crosswinds?
What is the difference between the 800 and the MAX?
Can you tell me about the anti-ice systems in the 737?
First stage is online, ATPL test, psychometric tests, reaction time, multitasking, CUT-E, video with answers to 3 HR questions. You have three days to do it and you have to pay 60e at this stage. Next stage is technical interview and simulator in Dublin, Ireland. You also have to pay around 300 e to attend.
