I was offered a face to face interview for this role, which the hiring manager switched to Teams upon request. The interview itself was fine, it was relatively straightforward with no really difficult questions. It was with the hiring manager plus one other member of the team. The interview lasted about 45-50 minutes including my questions at the end. While the interview itself was fine I'm putting this down as a negative experience as they've ghosted after the interview. They haven't even bothered sending a rejection email despite me following up twice. It's now been about a month since the interview took place. I don't mind if I wasn't successful, but not even sending a rejection email is really poor hiring practice.
