I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ryanair in Jan 2017
Interview
Open day - Really easy process. Interviewers were very friendly and approachable.
First it was the airline presentation (airline's history, vision, what to expect, salary, benefits etc)
After the presentation we had to complete an health questionner followed by the english test (for non native english speakers) - basic grammar multiple choice test plus creating and writing a Passenger announcement regarding sales.
After the English test unfortunately almost half of the candidates were sent home.
We proceeded to the final interview were they analysed our CV and asked us basic questions such as: do you have any visible tattoos? Why Ryanair? Are you able to move from your country to be based in any of our bases?
After 2 weeks we had our answer to start the training course as quick as possible

Question 1
Do you accept the possibility of not working up to 2 or 3 months?
Easy and smooth, the recruiter was really nice and I had to do an English test before it started. I got asked about tattoos, my abilities to swim and piercings. Make sure you are dressed smart
First there are a few tests to be done online. Then the interview was done externally with a person from crewlink via Zoom call. Overall a very relaxed and sort of colloquial conversation
