Interview
You arrive at the hotel where you must present your passport and photo. Immediately afterwards they explain the working conditions in Ryanair. Then there is an easy grammar test and a small text to write in English. Afterwards it is corrected and the one passing by faces the interview.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
