Interview
As soon as you arrive there, they check your passport and full length picture than gather all the applicants and explain how the day is going to be divided. After that, there's registration and the written english test consisting in few grammar questions (very very easy) and a short PA. They give you 20 minutes to finish the test. Then, they send home people who failed the test. To the people who succeded, they show a presentation with detailed information about the company, the job, the training course and how it's going to work. After that they call everyone individually for the interview: few questions about the cv (make sure you don't have any gap of more than a month), the basic questions about tattoos, height, flexibility, etc... and few question about the job, the company and a situation (how you acted in previous jobs). They replied after about 7/8 days.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

una volta passato bisogna fare un corso di 6 settimane MOLTO PESANTE, bisogna studiare ed impegnarsi molto per passare , io non ho passato l'ultimo esame per 4 punti

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
