Interview
There were quite a lot of candidates, and the waiting time before the interview started was several hours. During the process, we learned that more than half of the submitted applications were misplaced due to a system issue, which caused additional delays and some confusion. Overall, the process felt somewhat disorganized, and it was difficult to stay confident and focused while waiting.

The interview itself included a range of questions, including one about physical preparedness — for example, whether I would be able to swim 1 km while supporting another person.
Very quick interview of around 6 minutes. Asked about my experiences and how I could contribute to the company, if I had any visible tattoos, if I had a velid visa or EU passport..

Il luogo del recruting day era un hotel. Dovevamo compilare un CV cabincrew e avere una nostra foto intera. La giornata è iniziata con una presentazione della compagnia. A seguire un esercizio in gruppo per valutare l'attitudine alla collaborazione e al confronto. Infine un colloquio individuale.
