I met with the principal investigator of the lab that was hiring in their office. They went over the research that was being done and asked me about my past experiences. I was required to read a journal article from the lab and discussed what I understood in the interview as well.

I got an email about interview and then they want me to complete 2 skills tests which are about supervisory skill and analyzing data. After complete these tests we set up an in person interview.
