First had a 30-minutes recruiter round which then moved to Hiring manager round was pretty straightforward going over background and project experiences. Have next coding round and system design round in a week.

I initially had a 30 minute call with a recruiter, who emphasized they were looking for someone with strategy and analytical experience. After that, I had a 30 minute video interview with the hiring manager, who clearly did not want to be on the call from the get go. She was pretty cold and didn't have any interest in hearing about my background. It seemed like she made her decision before speaking with me.
