Applied online at Laguna Beach. Heard back next day and interviewed with 2 managers. Quick and easy process. Super friendly. They asked my availability, how long I planned on staying, and why I wanted to work at ruby's.

The interview was super quick, I was asked a few typical interview questions and hired on the spot. I was given a ton of forms to fill out, and came back later that week ready for training.
