It was a phone interview and it was short. I have benn working for them for a while so i didnt get that many questions. They were basically asking me about me pay.
Pleasant, easy-going environment with logical questions. Director I interviewed with was very pleased with his company and proud to be a part of it--a kind of contagious excitement. Interview lasted over an hour and was just as much a "get to know you" conversation as it was a strict interview.

Talks about previous experiences in casual dining, pretty lax as long as you have the experience. If not, they may try to start you as a shift leader and if that happens, make sure you try to get promoted quick because some stores prefer shift leaders to managers because it creates more profit but you might have to wait tables due to payroll having to stay at 18%.
