      Director Interview

      Aug 19, 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New Orleans, LA
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ruby Slipper Cafe (New Orleans, LA)

      Interview

The interview process was detailed and required behavioral examples. The atmosphere of the office was very relaxed but the executive team definitely has high standards for their leaders. The interview questions were very specific for the position they were hiring for.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

How did I handle conflict with the team and other Directors and how did I resolve the conflict. All questions were behavior based and were very focused on how the answers would apply to the position they were hiring for.
      Answer question

      Question 2

Describe my process in problem solving, who helped me, and did I ultimately solve the issue. The follow up questions required me to describe a complex problem I solved and what the outcome was.
