I applied online. I interviewed at Royalty Exchange (Denver, CO) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. I received a pre-interview call from Rachel and it was brief but descriptive of the role and their expectations. I was asked to do a review of their existing social media and bring in a descriptive insight on where there was room for improvement. I was then brought in for a face-to-face interview where we discussed my previous work experience and the Royalty Exchange social platforms. The interview was with Rachel and Antony (head of communications, role the position worked under).
Overall it lasted about 45 mins of general back-ground questions as well as a few unexpected questions (i.e. Do you know this musician?). They got back to me in the exact time they specified in the interview. Very transparent and receptive, no waiting around or false hope situations.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Royalty Exchange (New York, NY)
Interview
I was asked to participate in a phone interview. The interview was very long for a phone interview. The company is really focused on a "personality" fit with the majority of the time focused on activities in high school & college.
