2 stage interview process with a mix of technical and non-technical question which focused on problem-solving and user support / customer service. The overall process was straightforward and I received feedback fairly quickly.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to lead a team to deliver a project.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Society (London, England) in Sep 2022
Interview
1 hour long interview, competency based questions. Some questions threw me off. Panel interview with 2 employees who were very nice and easy going, comfortable atmosphere. The building and offices are also very nice. Seems like a nice place to work. The interview went well overall, but definitely the most difficult interview I have ever done- only because I haven't done a competency based interview before.
