Interview
The interviewers were nice and helpful, and everyone seemed really friendly. They have a third storey above the working area for party, which has disrupted the discussion during the interview.

They asked me why would I be a suitable candidate for the job.
2 interviews in person, straightforward and not difficult for sure. Asked questions about ambition and explained the role in greater detail.
They just want ambitious people willing to put in the "effort"
It was a casual chit chat session which lasted quite long. I was subsequently given a form to fill up, it seemed like it was a personality type questionnaire. Overall, the interview process was not your typical interview vibe. Though they are very transparent with the job scope and expectations that are set.
