I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Royal Mail in May 2016
Interview
The application was quick with a numerical test.Face to face interview, checking relevant information and documents. Straight forward, adressed the role and main of the job. The interview was fairly quick and simple.
The interview process was straightforward and well organised. The interviewer was very experienced and created a comfortable environment, which made the conversation feel relaxed and natural. It felt more like a discussion than a formal interrogation, which helped me explain my experience clearly. Overall, it was a positive experience and the interviewer was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to.

Interview
Smooth and nothing much of a interview thing. Just some personal question about you need to upload. Every thing online based through mail and had a smooth experience and scheduled for induction through text messages
No interview, just a quick and easy problem solving test as well as being taught how to work on each mail sorting station. Very easy and stress free interview day
