I advanced to the late stages of the interview process with Routesmart and was impressed with the thoughtfulness and professionalism of the hiring manager. He was respectful, capable, and left me with a strong impression of the team and the role. I want to be clear: none of my criticism is directed at him.
However, after completing two interviews and waiting to hear if I would move forward to the third round, the recruiter just, left me completely hanging. Despite multiple follow-up attempts (stretching over a week), I received no updates or closure. Being ghosted at this point in the process, after investing significant time and energy, has left me feeling stripped of dignity and respect.
