Rotherglen School interview questions

I did a pre-screening interview for this school with a member of their HR staff. The lady was quite cold, didn't even introduce herself, and came across quite racist in the questions she asked. I have never had an interview of that nature, where HR clearly holds such a strong bias against a certain demographic. Her questions were insensitive and at times shocked me, because they are not relevant to this position. I wonder if administration reflects these views as well, which are clearly racist, discriminatory, and not inclusive in nature. The experience overall left a bad taste in my mouth, and the school has been placed on my "do not apply" list for the future. Word of advice for management: hire HR that is anti-racist, culturally sensitive, inclusive, and fair in their hiring practices.
