I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Rotech Healthcare (Abilene, TX) in Apr 2022
Interview
Interview process was smooth and painless. I would recommend having experience. The longest part was waiting for the background check to come back. Other than that is was all around good.
I applied online. I interviewed at Rotech Healthcare (Marlton, NJ)
Interview
Never asked any questions pertaining to my previous work experience. Was very disorganized and the office didn't have any furniture in there. She was just moving in. Couldn't find my resume and seemed more interested where I cam from in life vs what I can do for her at work.

Question 1
Manager at the Marlton NJ office never asked any questions that pertained to the job.
Went in for an interview and the person who was supposed to interview me was not there, so a kind employee took her place. I walked in, and not a single employee was wearing a face mask. This company has customers coming in with respiratory issues often, and they have the highest risk of health issues if they contract COVID-19. How can a DME respiratory company not require the use of face mask? The interviewer asked about my background, pay expectations, when I could start and that was the end of the interview. The interview was a waste of my time because I feel their HR department did not take the interview seriously.
