I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Rossum (Prague) in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of multiple stages.
The first round is non-technical with a focus on motivations regarding why Rossum and whether you would be a fit for their company. Based on the impressions, I then proceeded forward to having an hour-long interview with the CSO during which we touched on various subjects, including technical ones. After this round, there was a coding interview that took somehow longer than one hour. Two tasks, the first relatively straightforward and the second more complicated. This round was followed by a presentation regarding my Ph.D. research in front of the whole department, which spurred an intense discussion during which they explicitly or implicitly tested my knowledge in the area of expertise. This round was followed by another session with potential members of the same team. Only after this round, I ended up talking with the CSO once again regarding the final job offer.
Overall, I consider the whole process very fair, although quite long. I am satisfied that I met multiple different people who tested my skills from various angles who always tried to be as objective as possible.

Interview
The interview process was both professional a friendly. They tested my programming and presentation skills, they asked reasonable questions and were interested in my career and skills I could have.
The process was 3 round, initial introduction interview, then some technical interview (live coding in python), and lastly presentation. I did not go into the third round as I had got another offer somewhere else which matched my interests bit better.
