Someone called, did a phone interview, and then went in to have an in person interview. I completed an assessment (mostly math, I believe), then they called me with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Rosin Eyecare (McHenry, IL)
Interview
Interviewed with A - - and M - - - - - - - the two managers at the McHenry, IL location. A- - stated she would give call backs to let you know about her decision. She even stated that was one of her pet peeves when she was interviewing for work. However, She never did. I followed up with a thank you letter for the interview, And two phone calls. Nothing. I notice they still have the job posting. I have over two years of medical office receptionist experience and thought the interview went well. Based on this. Other things that were a red flag., Prior to interview these two women along with another talked about food and candy for about 5 minutes while I stood there. Joking and eating. The waiting room was dirty with several bad looking stains on the floor. A customer stood waiting while they joked around. Based on these experiences It wouldn’t be a place I would work anyway. I wouldn’t be a patient either.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Rosin Eyecare (Chicago, IL) in Jun 2015
Interview
I submitted my resume and cover letter to the hiring director. I was contacted and an in person interview was set up at the office location closest to me. The interview was straight forward.
