Interview
Interview process was standard to most SaaS companies, multiple rounds. What was nice was the prompt replies to questions before, and after each step. You were never left wondering how it went. Pilot project was a good experience as it was a great way to show skills in action. The final round of interview was one of a panel interview with your team, and groups you would work with. Very informal more of a get to know you and see if you fit in the team. The process was good and the wait in between rounds was quick once the process started. All in all it took about 2 weeks to get an offer after starting the process.

Every member of the team I spoke with was kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. Their questions were thoughtful and oftentimes, the interview felt more like a conversation than anything else. They were also responsive with next steps and I was never kept waiting long to hear back from them. One of the best interview processes I've been a part of!

Question 1
When you can see the value for a customer, but they aren't ready to purchase yet, what do you and how would you approach it?
Honestly, it’s a waste of time. Though you give your best they wouldn’t hire and there would be no feedback given. Answered every question and the hiring manager “acted” like she was impressed with my answers only to reject without any reason. Wrote an email for feedback and nobody got back. Awful experience! Probably they’re racist

Intro, experience, tell me about a difficult customer you handled, why Roofr, what do you do when you don’t have enough info to provide resolution to cx, how do you stay updated with multiple changes in the process, how do you prioritise multiple chats, calls, a critical feedback given by someone and how did you handle.
