Called on the phone and asked about experience and education level. Offered a job on the phone after the initial interview. The interview was to be as planned and wasn’t too bad

interview process was casual. interviewer was completely approachable and pleasant. Questions ranged from education to skills. The whole interview process was about thirty minutes. I wasn't even aware I was being interviewed. Got hired right after the phone call.

Interview process was relaxed and straightforward. Interviewer was polite and friendly. I was asked questions pertaining to my previous work experience and also what if questions to certain scenarios. I was then briefed on the role and what the position required. I was prompted to ask any questions that I had and interviewer was helpful and clarified any questions I had.
