As part of ROKT's standard assessment process, everyone is asked to complete a cognitive aptitude assessment that provides an indication of your ability to solve problems, digest and apply information, learn new skills, and think critically. However, in my opinion, many of these organizations simply choose to waste your time. For instance, after my initial interview, I was informed that I would have to undergo an additional five stages. This raises the question: What is ROKT doing? It's worth noting that half (50%) of all UK professionals have declined a job offer because the hiring process is too long.
